What's up everyone! My name is Tyler Newman and I am a certified personal trainer and mobility specialist with over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. I'm driven by a deep passion for movement, spirituality, and personal growth which has led me to create an online mobility training course designed to help people live their highest quality of life.
I've created this course because mobility training has tremendously changed my life. Around 5 years ago I had a severe neck injury that was debilitating to not only my physical body, but my overall quality of life. I found myself exhausting all efforts, from chiropractors to physical therapy appointments, with no end in sight to the pain that I experienced on a daily basis. I then learned about mobility training and the benefits it has on joint health, longevity, and curing chronic pain. Once I began implementing these practices into my daily life was where I started to notice my pain slowly dissipate. Today I'm living pain-free and am now moving better than I ever have. With a specialized focus on increasing range of motion and reducing pain and physical limitations, I hope to empower others to also move better, feel better, and live more freely. This holistic approach blends science-backed mobility practices with a mindset rooted in self-awareness and long-term wellness.
