Course Overview + Benefits

Welcome to my 4 week hip mobility program! I’m stoked to provide you with all the tools necessary to improve both the flexibility and mobility of your hips. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will begin reaping the benefits of a style of training inspired by Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Based in scientific principles and research, the modalities we will utilize in this program are designed to teach your body how to properly move without limits, improving your performance and quality of life.

FRC is a trusted system used by some of the best athletes in the world, including the major sports teams/players in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS! The concepts in this program are not unique to only athletes though, as any human being can experience the myriad of benefits that come along with consistent practice.

Here’s a quick overview of what this program will look like -

  • 4 weeks total - 3 training sessions per week
  • We will spend time in all weeks focusing on each function of the hip, including: external rotation, internal rotation, flexion, extension, and abduction
  • Our goal is to simply perfect the BASICS of how the human body has been created to move. These movements are designed for anyone to be able to perform!
  • We will accomplish this by finding our unique, natural end ranges of motion throughout each function, developing strength and control over those ranges, then progressively overloading in order to develop newly acquired ranges of motion.
